WHY DON’T YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
We are currently shipping to the countries shown under the flag in the upper left corner of the site. More countries will be added continuously so stay tuned.
I CAN’T CHECK OUT?
Usually check out problems occures when you have accidently choosen the wrong country when entering the site. By clicking the flag in the upper left corner you can easily change to your country.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ONLINE?
As soon as you have made your order you will recieve an order conirmation by e-mail. When the courier picks up the order thwy will provide you a tracking link.
ARE THE 157 ROOTS JEANS AND JEANS JACKETS PRE SHRUNK?
All our denim products are sanforized (pre shrunk) but you can still expect another 3% shrinkage.
HOW DO I WASH NEW DENIM?
Turn them inside out and close the fly, use cold water, select a gentle cycle and air dry. Be aware of that raw denim might bleed. Wash alone for the first time to avoid dying of light colored clothing.
